The first step in our process is to meet with you to discuss the floor plan and location as well as to address any questions or concerns you may have about construction, our team, or our vendors. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other and determine if Brannon Reserve is right for you!
Online Access
Once you have decided to move forward, we will provide you with login credentials to our online system. This system allows you to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, submit requests, ask questions, and review selections.
Selections
Packages have been put together to help make the selections process a smooth one.
Finishing Up
Upon completion of your new home, we will meet with you for a walk through to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time, we will also discuss the warranty process should any issues arise.
